Ranking, Link Building and Google Analytics

First off, you need to know that this is 100% based off of having good content or products in the first place. You may be working your butt off, but in the end it is impossible to rank and to get people to link to your site if you don’t sell something or write something that people consider valuable. Now, once you have set that aspect aside, assuming your product is perfect, then all it takes is some deliberation. It starts with sharing your content; share it on social media, email it to someone that you know that has influence in a field you target and ask them to share if they like what you offer, provide them with an good link to use. Then, go and look at your google analytics reports. See what things you are putting your time into are paying off, and what ones are time sinks. Leave the ones that are working and adapt the other ones, maybe they just need a new angle, or maybe they just need deleted entirely. Also, evaluate, what pages have the most traffic, vs the ones that have the highest conversion ratio. This can be done by creating action items on each page and figuring out what pages have more people completing the actions. Where are people stopping and why are they not finishing to payment? Do you have too many steps? Is it unclear? Is it crude and unaesthetic?
