Is it the hardest part?
I’ve been thinking a lot about relevance a quality score over this week. I think this might actually be the hardest part of an online business. It is super hard to know what niches are relevant to everyone else. Choosing a niche is a great way to open a new area of an existing market and reduce your competitions, however, it comes with the risk that you picked something that doesn’t sell. It may be something that people relate too, but they just aren’t interested in spending money on it like that.
Other things to note
It’s also important to remember that you won’t get it right the first time. It’s okay, just do you best and get it started. As you go, you will get feedback from your customers via google analytics and reports back from google ads. In those reports you will see what things are more relevant and turning more sales. You will be able to better see if your position in the market is right. Sometimes the product is perfect, but you are positioning it wrong. Or another way of saying that is that you are taking it from a slightly wrong angle. Once you evaluate the data you can make an educated guess on your next step, and then the process begins again. I don’t think an online business (or any business for that matter) ever get’s it figured out for good. It will always be changing, and that’s okay! Just don’t get left behind, do the steps to make sure you stay on the leading edge.
